Kevia “K-Steel” Stills is a songwriter, rap artist, and member of the Atlanta, Ga. basedHip- Hop group entitled, T.H.U.G. M.A.F.I.A. (The Hardworking UnderestimatedGentlemen Making All Finances In Appropriate Wayz). Stills is an Atlanta native thatwas raised and grew up on the west side of Atlanta. Stills were also known as a “GradyBaby” due to him born and raised in Atlanta. At the age of 12, Stills discovered his skillsand talent as a songwriter by writing dumb rhymes on the side just for fun. Stillsattended and graduated from Frederick Douglass High School in 1995. After two yearsof college (1995-97) at Atlanta Metropolitan College, Stills decided to further his careeras a songwriter and rap artist. He was inspired and influenced by Hip Hop Icon and thelate great Tupac Shakur. Stills went on to join several independent groups, which laterbecame unsuccessful due to distractions, lack of energy, and lack of seriousnesstoward the business. In 2001, Stills and former co-worker turned friend, Benjamin“Deathtrap” Gulley would form, independent group, T.H.U.G. M.A.F.I.A. and releasedtheir debut album entitled, ‘Eternal Thuggin”. off independent label called T.H.U.G.M.A.F.I.A. RECORDZ. The label, T.H.U.G. M.A.F.I.A. RECORDZ was founded byBenjamin Gulley in 2010.
